Returns

• Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@awonindia.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order jars.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be Credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

• For damaged or defective products, we offer free replacement if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
• Approved Exchange/replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 days
